Over the past 18 months, many of you have played a key role in helping shape what this program is becoming. This has included long term focus groups, beta testing, and piloting support programs, but most importantly your willingness to collaborate and share ideas, often at a moment’s notice or at late hours. Your feedback, partnership, and continued passion have been instrumental in building a stronger, more connected future, and we’re truly grateful for your support every step of the way. We simply cannot thank you enough for your dedication. Thank you. 💖

We also recognize how challenging the past few months have been as we’ve worked through these changes. Thank you for your patience, support, and openness throughout this process.

As we begin the transition, we will be working closely with each of you to ensure a smooth and well supported migration into LEGO Fan CoLab as a Recognized LEGO Fan Community.

Upcoming Q&A Meeting for Fan Communities

We will be hosting weekly meeting to discuss topics, migration, challenges, etc. Monday's sessions will be an open forum for questions. The meetings are open to Community Ambassadors and representation from recognized communities such as leadership teams. These sessions are not to go over new information. They are to discuss currently available information and ask questions. The following week additional sessions will be active to start supporting migration activities and Migration Form feedback.

Participation is also open to additional representatives from your community and we hope they will also feel comfortable asking questions and making sure that your community's voice is present during this change.

As we transition into the LEGO Fan CoLab, we’re asking all communities to complete this migration form.

This process is an important step in aligning with the Recognized LEGO Fan Community Principles and helps us better understand your community today, including your structure, activities, and what your community aims to do.

We recognize that this is a more in-depth process and may take some time to complete. While the program officially opens on mid June, there are a few administrative steps, such as setting up community profile pages, that will need to be completed along the way. To support this transition, communities will have until July 27th to submit their form.

As forms are submitted over the coming weeks, we will begin reviewing them on a rolling basis starting April 27th. Throughout this time, we’ll be here to support you with regular opportunities to connect, ask questions, and join meetings, which are open to those involved in running and supporting your community.

If a community is not able to submit a migration form by July 27th, or is still working toward alignment with the Recognized LEGO Fan Community Principles, they will move out of the program for now, with the opportunity to reapply when they feel ready. As part of this transition and to support communities that might just miss the July 27th deadline, there will not be a probationary period of 12 months.

Our goal is to make this a supportive and collaborative process, and we’re here to help every step of the way.

As we transition into the LEGO Fan CoLab, we want to share what you can expect when it comes to community programs and opportunities.

Two well-known programs will continue as part of the LEGO Fan CoLab:

At the same time, we know many of you are curious about what comes next. Over the past year, we have been piloting and testing new programs across the community. Some of you may have already participated in these tests or heard about them through others or this LAN thread.

These pilots are helping us learn what works best for communities of different sizes, regions, and interests. While these programs are still being refined, they are an important step in shaping the future of the LEGO Fan CoLab.

We’re not quite ready to share full details yet, but more information about additional programs and opportunities will be introduced following the official launch of the LEGO Fan CoLab in June.

LAN Community Guidelines

To help foster a safe environment for everyone on the LEGO® Ambassador Network (LAN), we have Community Guidelines that are expected to be read and understood by all parties. These guidelines are not indicative of situations we have experienced in the past but are meant to provide comprehensive guidance for expected behavior on platforms owned by the LEGO Group. Having clear expectations encourages an environment that is safe while also being conducive to knowledge sharing, learning, and collaborating with Community Ambassadors and representatives from the LEGO Group.

We encourage users to report any content or comments that are not in line with these guidelines. Whenever users violate our Community Guidelines, the LEGO Group will hide or delete comments and swiftly initiate response processes.

The Community Guidelines are a living document and will be reviewed annually. You are welcome to provide feedback.

LEGO Fan Communities around the world have created incredible spaces where fans connect, collaborate, and share their creativity. As the community continues to grow, we want to ensure a clear and shared understanding of what it means to be a Recognized LEGO Fan Community.

That’s why we’re introducing the Recognized LEGO Fan Community Principles as part of the LEGO Fan CoLab. These principles provide a consistent foundation while allowing flexibility, and reflect many of the practices communities already follow today.

We’ve attached the Principles and FAQ. We encourage Community Ambassadors to review and share them with their members so everyone understands what recognition represents.

Für 2026 hat LEGO City richtig coole Sachen auf dem Schirm – da kommen sowohl die klassischen Stadtthemen als auch ein paar nostalgische Highlights zurück. Besonders spannend: Beliebte Unterthemen, die viele von euch schon lange vermisst haben, sind wieder am Start!

Hier sind die wichtigsten Neuheiten und Gerüchte für 2026:

Sommer-Neuheiten (Release: Juni 2026)

Nach der ersten Welle im Januar gibt’s im Juni ein paar größere, thematisch fokussierte Sets:
