Class 363 universal electric locomotive is the most numerous locomotive widely used by Czech and Slovak railways. This particular color scheme can be seen on 363 140-5.

Tested with Power Functions. Powered Up and 9V are also possible.

Custom Parts:
Some parts are not available in dark blue and yellow, but you can get them from 3rd party manufacturers like GoBricks for example. (note: dark blue = earth blue, yellow = bright yellow).
The .zip file contains a separate part list (in .xml format) for these 3rd party elements.

An alternative color scheme is available for the purists, that version requires no custom parts.
