Complaints & concerns

We take every concern seriously. Submit a complaint here – confidentially and factually.

We are listening

Whether you are a member of our community or you visited one of our events – if something was not right, we want to know. That is the only way we can keep improving our community and our events.

We treat every complaint confidentially, objectively and with respect. Anonymous complaints are possible, but in that case we cannot get back to you.

In case of an emergency or imminent threat, please contact the relevant authorities directly (Police: 113 in Luxembourg) – not via this form.
