To support a smooth and transparent transition into the LEGO Fan CoLab, we’ve outlined the key milestones and activities for the migration process below. Participation is also open to additional representatives from your community and we hope they will also feel comfortable asking questions and making sure that your community's voice is present during this change.
Key Dates and Milestones
April 16
- Program announcement shared with all communities
- Migration Form opens
Week of April 20 onward
- Weekly community Q&A sessions begin (2 sessions per week to support global community)
April 27
- Migration Form review process begins (rolling reviews)
- Weekly sessions to support migration-related administrative steps (communities invited based on migration form approval)
By Mid June
- Official launch of the LEGO Fan CoLab
April 16 – July 27
- Migration Form remains open for submission
By July 31
- Deadline for all migration activities to be complete
Ongoing Support During Migration
Throughout the migration period, communities will be supported through:
• Two weekly Q&A sessions starting the week of April 20, focused on questions and clarification
• Rolling reviews of submitted Migration Forms starting April 27 along with administrative meetings
• Ongoing opportunities to connect with the LEGO Fan CoLab team throughout the transition
