What could it be?

Separated top and bottom are absoluty straight

What does it look like when you bend the MILS-Module ?

May be a plate has a bad tension. Do you used 16x16 Plates ? It can happen with these Plates.

Nope.

Once the top is off it is totally straight.

And bottom without top is totally straight.

But once together - result is on pictures above
